We are a private homeowners organization spanning 8 sub-communities in southern York County, Virginia. Located between Big Bethel Road, Hampton Highway, and Route 17, Coventry's 320 level acres consist of wide, modern streets lined with mature trees and quality homes. Our quiet location is just minutes away from shopping centers, schools, hospitals, restaurants, places of worship, airports, Langley Air Force Base, Fort Eustis, and NASA Research Center.

Coventry HOA monthly dues are $60 per month, among the lowest in York County and the surrounding counties (sub-associations charge additional monthly dues). Our dues fund the maintenance and upkeep of our common areas and amenities, as well as the on-site administration of our office and grounds.

HOA meetings are held the 2nd Monday of every month at 7 PM at the Coventry Clubhouse. All are invited to attend. We need your opinions and support to continue to make our association great!
